  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
  • SAP Crystal Reports Runtime Engine for .NET Framework 13.0.21.2533 (32-BIT)
  • SQL Server 2014 Express LocalDB (with SP1)

Additional Requirements:

  • SMTP server supporting username and password authentication for email sending.
  • Specific version of SAP Crystal Reports Runtime, depending on Smart Report Organizer version:
    • Smart Report Organizer 2021/2023/2024 V4.XX: SAP Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21.2533
    • Smart Report Organizer 2018 V3.XX: SAP Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21.2533
    • Smart Report Organizer 2018 V2.100: SAP Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21.2533
    • Smart Report Organizer 2017 V1.135: SAP Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21.2533

Important Notes:

  • The setup automatically installs and upgrades SAP runtime. This may cause compatibility issues with other software requiring different SAP runtime versions.
  • Smart Report Organizer is not permitted for use in Windows Terminal Server Environments (e.g., Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform).
  • The choice between the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Smart Report Organizer (SRO) is based on the version of Crystal Reports used: Helpcenter: 32-BIT or 64-BIT
